Shipping Policy
Where do we deliver
Delivery must be to an address in the United Kingdom (but excluding the Channel Islands and, for some larger items, the Isle of Man and the Scottish islands) or European Union. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods. Delivery charges to locations outside of the United Kingdom will be considerably higher.
Delivery Charges
When you add products to your online Shopping Basket, the appropriate charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. When ordering by telephone or fax, please confirm the shipping charges with our team.
How We Deliver
All products are delivered by our chosen courier, depending on their size and value. We will notify you which delivery method we will use. We will also send you an e-mail with your consignment number to allow you to track your parcel. On occasions different products in the same order may be delivered separately due to stock and availability, if this occurs you will not incur any extra cost.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If you order after 3:45pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. Items shipped internationally may be subject to delays outside of our control.
Courier Times
Deliveries should usually arrive next working day of placing your order (for orders placed before 3:45pm). Please note that some items may have longer delivery times. Deliveries are usually made between 9:00am and 5:30pm. Some items may require a signature. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this div. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
